I was an Employee of Water Development Society Moulali, Hyderabad since 1974 till company lock-out in 1993. My Employer was deducted my PF contribution since 1974 to 93 and alloted the No. 3825/111 (Barkatpura Office). Due to mis management the company was closed in 1993, and the land and machineries were auctioned by Syndicate Bank. Today iam aged and cannot work. My pf amount is lying in PF office. Please tell me how I can avail my Pf and Pension before my death atleast. No officers are not authorised to sign the settlement form, and the company was registered under societies Act.
