My dell laptop was having a minor problem in Audio driver. I went to contact web nirnaya(Web Nirnaya, 174/40, 2ND FLOOR, LUCKY PARADISE, 22ND CROSS, OPPOSITE ICICI BANK, JAYANAGAR 3RD BLOCK, BANGALORE ).
A person named Mr.Amith spoke to me on mobile phone & asked me to bring laptop to above address. I went to him & i explained him the problem then immediatly without a look on the laptop he told me that the hard ware has some problem. He took my laptop & told me it will take 4 hr and he promised me to load all drivers in my laptop . When I came after 4 hr and ask him what is the problem he told," the driver I was trying to load was not compatable with the laptop". For that he charged me 650 and the bad thing is that when I asked for the bill, he told me to pay extra 100 for the bill amd started arguing with mein very rough language.
When I asked for the drivers, that he suppose to give, he replayed me so angrily, " We are not here for charity, if you want the drivers you have to pay 600 extra."
If i could have checked the comments given about Web Nirnaya in the website before hand, I would not have chected by webnirnaya.
I found many people were there at that building having same kind of problem with that guy(Mr Amith).
I was very dissapointed with that guy's behaviour.
This short of behaviour of your customer representative harash the customer and ruin your business.
