[Resolved]  webel solar energy ltd — worstly treating employees

Hello, Everyone
the complaints, which is mention here is very much true but need a little bit of correction.the 14 hour shift will be the 16 hour shift.I know it because i'm currently working here.There is almost no salary increment though company increasing their turnover day by day.Here is no holyday, even not in 15th august or 2nd october and they will give no extra money even no extra off day.
Can you belive people working here just for Rs.2500 for 12 hour shift.
I'm not willing to tell my name here so i gave false name here...
If anyone can look after on this matter, we will be very helpful. thanks for your time.

Oh! This is juice to reporters. I live in Canada, and renewable energy is part of my main concern... Now I see, Webel does not really care. They are following the flow where money goes. Well, my decision is made, either Kyocera or Suntech... but I'll stay hell away from Webel Solar Energy. Unless they prove us your comment is false.

Webel is full of corrupted employees, if I know this in start of my career, I never join this totally unprofessional and corrupted company...

I have dealt with this company and would like to say that NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY.
They do not provide what they promise. We have a very bad experience with the company. We raised problems to Agrawal (MD) and got never resolved.
They do not even come on the phone.
Be careful.
