I WOULD LIKE TO REQUEST TO REGISTER THE COMPLAINT WITH YOU REGARDING PREMISES NO D-44 SARASWATI GARDEN NEW DELHI -15MR BHUPINDER SINGH BLOCK -D .HERE THERE IS NO APPROVAL FROM MCD AND MOREOVER HAS BEEN CONTRUCTED THREE FLOOR WHICH IS AGAINST THE BY LAWS .IT SEEMS NO MAP APPROVAL HAS BEEN TAKEN FROM MCD ZONAL OFFICE . ITS MY HUMBLE REQUEST TO TAKE SOME NESSCRY ACTION AGAINST ILLEGAL CONSTRUCTION .I M THE PRESIDENT OF WELFARE ASSOCIATION OF GURUDWARA SHIREE SINGH SABA BLOCK -D SARASWATI GARDEN. NEW DELHI-110015

i m the resident of block D Saraswati Garden i m really shocked that you are not taking action .i m complainty again and again against Mr Bhupinder singh Resident of D-44 Saraswati Garden New Delhi -15.He is making unautorised three floor Buillding without map.
Saraswati Garden welfare association is very surprised that MCD is not taking any action against him and also surprised that few days back the three floor building was sealed Address D-44 Saraswati Garden New Delhi -110015 but the next early in the morning the seal was open.because he has a power of polytical level approach and money power .
This is very SURPRISED that you are not taking any action about sealing o[censored]nathurised three floor building .
SARASWATI GARDEN WELFARE ASSOCIATION IS REQUESTING YOU KINDLY DO THE NEEDFUL .

I Kashmir Singh Cheema President of welfare association Block D Saraswati Garden, near Ramesh Nagar, new Delhi 110015 am sorry to say that despite several complaints no action has been taken against unauthorized construction which is going on by S Bhupinder singh R/o D -44 Saraswati garden, having constructed 3 floor building without clearance from your distinguished authorities. Few days back the building was sealed residence D-44 Saraswati garden, the very next day it was reopened after bribe being offered to your authorities and political approach. I have full faith in you and I request you to do the justice to residents of our society.
