To all Prospective Customers,
I have purchased an assembled DESKTOP COMPUTER from the firm and it cost me 22000/- with particular parts warranty, the owner assure me that they have installed best component parts in assembled PC and also told that they give best service in this electronic section in Jaipur area and i will not face any single problem, if problem will occur they will please to help me.
I purchased the same on 24-January-2010, in 15 February,2010 Systems SMPS bursted I go to them to notice the problem, in starting there answer was that we are not responsible for electric damage in component, i was surprised that if an electronic item is bursting by electricity why all my electronic items have not bursted which are with me more than 15 years. But after an argument with the Owner he replaces the SMPS.
Again in Mid May,2010 Changed SMPS again bursted, I dont call the Wellwin and PURCHASED NEW SMPS from my nearby electronic shop(Which is smoothly running till now).
In 2-November-2010 RAM exahusted and system hampered now I call them they say that we are busy in Deepawali season we will take it after Deepawali, i go to them on 15-Nov-2010 with both items SMPS and RAM. They told that which SMPS(Purchased by me from other Shop) is installed in Cabinet, is belong to them and bursted SMPS was not linked with them as it was cheap costing of 350/- and they never use cheap components, after argument i saw them there bill with parts detail and my PURCHASED SMPS bill(Price 450/-) than they were not having any answer.
As i perceived that all Wellwin members are ill nature and ill behaviour persons including Owners and making false commitment to customers. I am not satisfied from there bad service at all and I suggest you all to do not purchase any electronic items from Wellwin Computers, Jayanti Bazaar, Jaipur Was this information helpful? | 
computer — (Assembling problem of computer's parts )
I had parches the computers part and assembling them on 18th July, 2009 from one shop which well knows in technological market. That shop name and address as follow,Variety InfoTech, A/21, Laxmi Shopping Center, Near New post Office, Opp. Railway Station, Ghatkopar (West), Mumbai-400086. Tel... 25150913/25025206
But that computer is not Work Properly. Shop keeper is look that problem but after some time (after one day) problem start. This situation has been on going from the first day of transaction i.e. 18th July, 2009 till present moment. It means I face this problem nearly 4 months.
When I complaint for it again dealer ask me for money for servicing even he give warranty on the purchases product for 1 year.
Please help me out. I can study by going these kinds of problems….
