Sir,
I am a consumer of wesco Subarnapur District of Odisha pay my bill upto date where as some meters come to me and told that my meter is not accurate and tail to change it in my absenct where as those meter readers adjust the billing amount without watching the meter then what can we do ? It is not a problem of only sonepur but for the whole state. The authority can't give importace to updated costumer where as the meter reader only watch the size of the house and oraly calculated the amount of bill may be but sir I want to confirm you one thing that in winter obviously the meter reading will low then the summer.
