Whirlpool Fusion Premier Refrigerator — Damaged condition

We purchased one Whirlpool Fusion Premier Refrigerator in the name Santosh Kumar Das on 23.07.07 from Great Eastern Appliances, Kolkata. The same was delivered on 25.07.07 in damaged condition and till now the damage has not yet been rectified. We tried to contact your Engineer Mr. Subhas Das 20to30 times but failed. Please do the needful & oblige.
