Dear Sir, I have purchased the above washing machine during Sep 2007 and now the spin tub is not working. I have made numerous complaints to the dealer Vasanth & Co., and Whirlpool Chennai Service Center for servicing the above mentioned machine for the past 5 days and till date no one has turned up. I am really disappointed for this kind of response from a company like Whirlpool. If service person don't turn up by tomorrow evening (16th Oct), I am thinking of returning the machine for a full refund. Please send a service person to my below residence by tomorrow without fail.
