[Resolved]  Wickedleak Inc — complaint

This is to inform you that I have purchased a 10.1” Tablet PC. Against order no 2484. Model- Wammy Magnus 10.1inch Quad Core Tablet on 15/04/2015 and was delivered by courier and the piece was dead on delivery it was immediately informed to your customer care they told to Send back the Tab so that they can check it. & they also told to refund the courier charges paid by me for sending the dead TABLET PC (DOA). I requested them to send the new piece or refund the amount of that tab, but your team has repaired it and send it back. Again the second time problem has come to my Tab second time it was send to you on dated 21/06/2013 for checking and after 32 days & many follow ups it was send back by DTDC courier. I received this courier on 29/07/2013 and found that the Tablet was damaged (Its Screen was broken and same was mentioned on the courier receipt. And it was immediately informed to your costumer care by mail. Till now I have called many times and also send them many mails to them but they are simply telling that they are following with the matter with DTDC but till now after 32 days has passed there is no solution.

Sir I have purchased this tab from wickedleak and it is your responsibility to safely deliver undamaged Tab to the customer. I have talked to the DTDC person based on Mumbai he also told that it is wickedleak responsibility to properly pack the courier & he also told that he do not know that whether wickedleak only send the damaged piece in courier. So I request you to send the new piece or kindly refund my amount for this Wammy Magnus 10.1inch Quad Core Tablet PC.
As your customer care also told on phone that they will repay the amount of courier cost as the product was delivered DOA(Dead on arrival) but after providing all the proof , Scan copy of courier recipe & bank details as it was asked by them it has being four months passed they have not yet refund the courier amount. I think this is some tie-up with Courier Company that you will send the default product and customer will keep on sending it through courier for repair & you both will keep on earning money.
I have purchase this Tablet PC thinking that WickedLeak is reputed company and its products will be of best quality but I am sorry to say that I was wrong this Tablet PC has only given me mental harassment and a very poor after sales service now I don’t have any more faith in WickedLeak products and as this product is still in Warranty for 1years so please kindly refund my amount for this Tablet PC or Replace this TABLET PC with new one within 7 days or I will have to go to costumer Court for this and all the Court Expenses done by me on behalf of this will be paid by WickedLeak Inc.

i have perchased one tab 10.1 inch from wicked leak against order no 2484 first of all they have delivered a dead tab which was not getting power on (DOD) i called then they told to that they will send the software so that you can reset it and it will start working but it did not then they asked me to send the tab back to mumbai for replasement and they will refund the amount of courier charges as the product was dilivered dead they repaired the same tab and send it back but after one onth only it again problem came in the tab it was send to them for repair and after many followup and after 35 days they send the tab. This time they have send the damaged tab with screan broken. and the same was mentioned in the courier reciveing copy also so that they should not say that i have broken the tab after reciving now ther are not replaying to the mails & when i talk to them they are telling that courier company will pay this amount still no solution found

I request all customer to not to buy any mobile from this site. This is fraud company which shows fraud advertisement and customer care speaking lie.

I had purchased wammy passion X mobile from Wickedleak site. My order number is 003867 dated 14/05/2014. There was add that, you purchase this mobile, you will get Rs 1500 voucher in your account and it was highlighted to Wickedleak customer support at that time. Ms. Jassica was the representative and she was told, it is already assign to your account, due system problem may be you are not able to see it. She told when you want to purchase new mobile, you will be eligible to get this voucher benefit. Please check conversion between me and Jassica regarding this.


I request you to please look into it and add my vouchers as agreed. I want to purchase new mobile.

I had requested above to wickedleak customer care and they told, you purchase new wammy one mobile, we will give flip cover free of Rs 1500. Actually, this cover is part of wammy one mobile package. In that way wickedleak customer care made me fool. If you see video on wammy one page, you will get idea tha what are the accessories are included in this package. Also on the same page 2nd video shows, wammy one is 1.7 Ghz and its specification shows it is 1.4 Ghz. It is contradictory with each other.


I request all customer to do not buy any mobile from this site. It is fraud company which shows fraud advertise and customer care speaking lie.
