Window2India — Order not completed

Hey!

I too face the same issue... I have placed 10+ orders using Zapak vouchers & also paid extra cash.
They don't respond to my mails. How did u contact them?

same is the case with me ... have ordered so many things from zapak and even paid some money, but didnt received any items.

I even ordered from zapak catalog, but no confirmation regarding my order.

yea, window2india should be legally sued up.. they did not even ship my products.. it has been 30 days now

I had won w2i voucher worth Rs. 15000 on zapak games.I used voucher in W2I succeefully. My order was placed but later W2I refused to deliver my order.
They said that it was technical fault You can not use all Rs.15000 Vouchers for all the products on W2I only special zapak winner products to u choose. I am book new orders and used my voucher valid till 15th. oct. 2009 today is 15th. oct 2009 but W2I reject my gift voucher reason "yr voucher has been expired"

I am requested all user "NO ORDER BOOKED IN W2I" this W2I company + zapak are both the play feelings by the zapak users and others

i too shopped more than 15000 from zapak voucher but no response
i has been nearly a 15 days from the shipping date

Same with me, they took money from my credit card and never respond!its been a month!

Same with me. shopped for 6000 from zapak voucher, even paid from my credit card for the extra amount. W2I team never respond to my several emails. Its been 3 weeks now.
Both Zapak and W2I are not professional at all.

WINDOW2INDIA is bull !!!They should be sued up!!!Thriving on peoples's money !!**** them up!!!

I got a voucher from REMIT2INDIA(accidnetally their sister service!!!) to be used on window2india and after that i never had any of them items selected on WINDOW2INDIA shipped !!!

Same case happened with me...instead now they say the product is delivered thought it is never delivered.

Anyone have their new contact number ???????
