[Resolved]  Winsoft Technologies India Pvt Ltd. — Fraudulent With-holding of salary

I am Apeksha Nair and I resigned from Winsoft Technologies India Pvt Ltd in January 2009. I gave them a notice period of 35 days as against 45 days which was not made an issue. During my notice period I worked very hard and completed all my handover to the exisitng team.

The background is that I had availed of Maternity Leave of 12 weeks in August due to my baby. I had a small extension to this, for which i for-goed my salary. The i resumed office in last week of November.

Now in January we came to know my husband is deputed to Germany through his company. Therefore I had to also relocate and hence informed my company. They didnt tell me anything that time, made me serve the entire notice period and at the end, didnt give me my salary for almost 2 months. Over and above they did not give me my Relieving Letter and Experience Letter.

Even after making so many calls, personal visits while I was in India and writing so many emails, they have not reverted or paid me my dues. What action can I take against them.
