[Resolved]  Wipro Technologies — Unpaid salaries and dues after resigning from Company

I am en ex-employee of Wipro Technologies ( The Software Services Company). I resigned in September. By Wipro policy my final date was fixed as 6th Of November since I had to complete my notice period. The policy stipulated that the October salary and the salary for the 6 days worked in November would be rolled into my final settlement ( payout made when employee leaves org and setlles final dues). This also included my variable pay for the previous quarter.Wipro informed me that this would be done in about 10-15 days after I left and a cheque mailed to my address.

Despite repeated mails to WIpro ( wividus settlements) I am yet to recieve any money. Furthermore they are not even responding to my emails.
I would hate to take this to the legal process since I have always believed that Wipro is an ethical company I hope this forum helps solve my issue.
