Sir/Madam,
For last 1 year & 3 months; before i resigned in December 2009; I was an employee with Words Infocom Pvt. Ltd company in Malad, Mumbai of which the head office is located in Mira Road, Thane. My issue is since I joined that company they have been deducting PF & PT amount from my salary every month. But never provided my PF account number, appointment letter and salary details. The only thing I ever received from them is the job offer letter which I got after 2.5months since I joined and started working there. Never got anything on written from the company that as an employee I was supposed to get. It is almost the same case with most of the other employees too there. Later at the time of my resignation (which I had informed to the company orally and by official email) period (notice period) I had to go on urgent leave to my native on valid reason for 10 days which I had orally informed to my senior person before itself and he agreed. But right after 2 days after I went on leave and when I was in my native the company sent me a Warning letter by email and written saying I insulted my seniors by leaving the company without their permission and on that reason they are putting all my settlements on hold.
I made a delay in this email because I thought may be the company warned me from there side and later they will release my pay in this month which they did not do yet. This company always pays it's employees current salary on 15th of next month.
Now how can I retrieve my PF amount they were deducting from my salary all these period? What should I do to get my money back? Please help. Was this information helpful? |
