I was asking a query to your customer serive associate named sunder murti and he was not able to locate me and ask me to visit mayur bhavan office which I already visited twice. I have asked for the supervisor her name parul dhavan she denied to take supervisory call as she was busy as per mr sunder murti do you have only one supervisor on the floor on the peak hours 3 pm.
