I am not using this [protected] now. 2 years before i am using this nic card and i submit that time for the reson is there is no network coverage of my place. I don't Know. I paid some month bill for no using nic. so this reason i surrender my nic connection of bsnl and changed other one person brought this nic card that time i closed my account balance of that time. Last 2 years there is no contact of this no., Now i got a letter from bsnl. I am bending 506 rupees. How it is possible. Some mistake is happened this account....
