I had booked an oder with www.allindiaflorist.com on Sunday, February 14, 2010 under order number CART23263316 for Rs. 2375 which had to reach Faridabad on Monday, February 15, 2010 in the morning as per their terms and conditions on the website. I must have called them and the incharge girl called Sunanda on [protected] about 100 times out of which she responded only 3 times and gave me some stupid excuses that it will reach in one hour, it will be delivered in 20 minutes time. I even tried calling them on their Customer Care number given on their website: [protected] but no one responds to that number. My order CART27065285 @ www.allindiaflorist.com. schedule for 14-Feb-2011 still not deivered. It tried to call Customer Care number given on their website: [protected] and Sunanda on [protected] . No one responding. Earliear it was ringing now its engage. How can i file complain against same

had booked an oder with http://www.flowerstokolkata.com/ on Tuesday, February 14, 2010 under order number CART30077615 or Rs. 1140 which had to reach Patna on Tuesday, i must have call customer care [protected] lot of time but no responds to that number

Now I request your good self to lodge a complaint in Consumer Forum against that online portal.
