hi, I am rama krishna, I have paid Rs.3000/- for PINs through AXIS Bank Ltd on 11-07-09. But I have not received the same. I have called all the numbers, but mobile numbers are switched off and land line number no body lifting. after 2 days i observed in the website that the office is being shifting. Now, the website is missing. After verifying the legality and firm registration, I have paid the amount. Why government registering such fake firms? Does the case comes under CYBER CRIME?
