wrist watch — item ordered b4 90 days not delivered
Dear sir,i am very much unpleased to draft this mail. I ordered an item thro net from my sbi card. Just go thro' the mail appended with this . I have almost sent 10 mails for the followup of the delivery of the item. I had made calls from tamilnadu to Delhi for about 10 times. I ordered the item for a birthday gift.(it was booked on 30the october ). I booked the item for around Rs.450/- and i have spent Rs.300 for call charges alone. They have given a reply that it is couriered from your end on 2nd november. I am surprised if any courier delivery will take 90days to deliver an item.
Whenever i make a call the only response is this. " my senior wil call you" and that senior would say " it is couriered on 2nd november. Pls. give us a week's time more",.
No officer has ever taken a concern to call back and inform the status also. Till date the item is not delivered. Can u pls. update the status of the same .

Can we know the status of our order Order No[protected]... you have asked the time of 14 days for the delivery, when we come back and said the product was not yet delivered before one month, u had asked another 10 days. And now we given you already 30- 40 days.. beyond your TAT for delivery..
Even your response is too very poor.. if this is going to continue... i am going to take it on legal side...

sir/madam,I bought a wrist watch on 18 july 2009 from a shop in raghuleela mall worth Rs.290.
He gave me a defective watch. After an hour i realized that the watch was defective.
when i asked him to take the watch and return me the money he denied returning me the money so I had to take another watch from his shop.
After repeatedly asking for the bill he never gave me the bill.
I request you to take appropriate action against the shop.
I HAD ALSO BOOKED A POLO WRIST WATCH REGISTERED UNDER NUMBER [protected]. THE SAID AMOUNT HAS ALREADY BEEN DEDUCTED FROM MY SBI CARD. i AM YET TO RECEIVE ANY INTIMATION REGARDING THE STATUS OF MY ORDER. THIS IS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND IT IS REQUESTED THAT SOME OFFICIAL FROM COMPACT INTERNATIONAL REVERT BACK TO ME REGARDING THE WATCH.

i approched thorough mail, after a long gap they send one msg is that they send FIRST FLIGHT courier , but i did not receive any watch through that courier.
