i've purchased a t-shirt of "basics 029" from this website "www.fashnvia.com" 1 and half month ago.
It is written on the website that they would deliver the product within 1-4 days in india with free shipping.

but is has been more than one month since i purchased that t-shirt and payed money. but i still have not got the t-shirt delivered.

i am trying to contact them but not getting any reply from them.

please help me..

While doing payment, my bank has transfer the money to Fashnvia.com but they shown it as transaction error and refuse to proceed purchase. I lost my 1230 rupees.

They don't even reply to emails and don't entertain such complains

My advice to all people, don't fall in trap of discount.

I placed an order in this site.I paid the amount through my credit card and after sumbit the money got debited but the order has not processed.I called those people they told that the amount will be credited within 24hr in case of failure transactions.

I have purchased a pdt through their website on 29th march, But still they haven't delivered it. I was repeatedly calling them and mailing but there was no response from their side. Actually they said at the max they wil take only 21 days for delivery of any pdt booked through their site. Every time i cal it wil show user busy. Can someone help me out?

HIi,
I have placed an order for killer wallet on 13th april 2011 with Order No:100999, and its been more than one month and not delivered yet. When ever i call them they say only one thing it will be dispatched this week nut they wont dispatch the item, i have sent more than 20 mails and called more than 15 times but no update yet and they dont care a damn for the customers. If we want to call them they have only one contact number with one line. if we start trying to call them from morning it will get get connected in evening.

Very poor customer service. Dont care a damn for their customers.. I can say that fashnvia has the one of the worst customer service compared to any other online sites that i have delt with in india.

How many times you may complain to them, They dont care a damn... Updating the site with lot of products and sending mails daily and providing promotions dosnt improve your sales or ranking of your site.

Its just the customer satisfaction where most of the companies relay on and you people dont care a damn for that

Fashnvia and Dealsandyou both are big cheaters and you can just type in search option FASHNVIA you will get a long list of same type of complaints, please let me know also, if their is any legal procedure to teach them a lesson... they are nothing but just bluddy cheaters

I too purchased from Fashnvia.com and they told that they would deliver it soon. I purchased on May 09, 2011. It's been 22 days since my order and no delivery yet. What would I do? I have ordered 2 products (product id PG-03-CD-40-CKFT and PG-03-CDLG-02-CKFT-BK) from http://www.fashnvia.com on[protected] and[protected] with order no 100880 and 100979 worth total of Rs. 1698 /-.

One product was delivered after 3 months and returned(they recieved the product as confirmed by phone and also website) and other one was not delivered yet.

They promised to give the gift voucher of the amount but even after multiple promise in last few months, they not yet provided the gift voucher or refunded the money.

No one picked up the phone in last one month and my money is still pending.
