I have ordered a product named "My sweet heart" in foostor.com online shopping. and i have pay the amount of Rs. 399.00 towards the purchase product on 11.02.2010 and initially foostor says that order will be delivered with in 4 to 5 days. When i tracked my order initially it shows that my product is shipped to blue dart with Airway Bill: [protected]. After certain days i.e. on 19.02.2010 when i track my order it shows my product is sent via speed post with AWB No.: ED[protected]IN. But till the date i.e. on 12.03.2010 i didnt get my product. I have called to foostor customer care several times but their response is very bad and while i tracking the speed post referred above in the speed post website, i shocked by seeing search results, it shows information for that particular reference number is not available. So i want my order at the earliest or else i want money back. Was this information helpful? |
