I received from the portal www.mbiz-support.com stating that you have been charged Rs.50/-. Please start the game and input the unlocking code-----. for help please visit the portal from[protected] on14/01/2012 with time as 08.07.24. I replied them on 15/01/2012 with time as 20.43 with a request that I have not opted for it. Donot charge. Taken up the case will billing Accounts Officer of Cell one of BSNL. Sent another message also stating that I did not apply for the game and requesting not to charge on 24/01/2012 at 05.00 hours.Even after this in the cell one bill for 12/2012 I have been charged an amount of Rs.50/-. On taking up the case with BSNL they found it I have been charged Rs.50/- for the past two months even after sending the above two messages. BSNL people spoke with the portal people and one customer care person called me on my cell on 7.2.12 at 17.20 hours and I shouted at him that what they have charged without my consent should be reversed otherwise I will approach the TRAI. On reaching home once again I called the customer person two times but he disconnected it without answering. On my third attempt he started the conversation and replied that it is demo game installed in the Samsung 5113 set and I would have operated it. The truth being I am not at all interested in gaming either in my cell or in my latest desktop. Being that case, the conduct of the customer care person is disgusting. Kindly suggest ways to bring these people to fall in line with TRAI guidelines. Was this information helpful? |
