(krishna traders) amount 5199/- I Got these set on 22/01/2010. on Cash on delivery basis., these are totally hang and swith off from 23/01/2010. but till date i'm very mentally and financially disturb. pls. do needful action immadiate. I HAD BOOKED AN ePHONE OF BOSS COMPANY MODEL ePHONE 3300 ONLINE. I WAS SUPPLIED A PACKAGE ON 26/5/2010 FOR WHICH I HAD PAID RS 3999 + RS 200, TOTAL RS 4200 FOR THIS PACKET. FOLLOWING SERIOUS COMPLAINTS WERE FOUND WHEN I OPENED THE PACKET.THIS IS TO INFORM YOU THAT I HAVE BEEN SUPPLIED A FULLY DEFECTIVE PIECE OF ePHONE 3300 VIDE ORDER NO 422688.

BELOW ARE THE SERIOUS COMPLAINTS FOR THIS PHONE AND IT HAD BEEN ALREADY BROUGHT TO THE NOTICE OF YOUR CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE MR JITENDRA ON DATED 26/5/2010.

1.PHONE IS SHOWING THE ERROR MESSAGE ABOUT THE BATTERY ONLY WITHIN FEW MINUTES OF CHARGING AND EVEN AFTER KEEPING IT FOR LONG TIME THE BATTERY IS NOT GETTING CHARGED EVEN 25% OF THE TOTAL.

2.THE GUARANTEE CARD RECEIVED IN THE PACKET SHOWS THE DATE OF PURCHASE OF JAN 2010. WHILE I HAVE PURCHASED THIS PHONE ON 25/5/2010 AND WAS DELIVERED TO ME ON 26/5/2010.IT CLEARLY SHOWS THAT THE PHONE YOU HAVE SUPPLIED ME IS 5 MONTHS OLD PURCHASE FOR WHICH GUARANTEE PERIOD WILL BE EXPIRED WITHIN ONE MONTH OF MY PURCHASE.

3.AS DEFINED AS AN ePHONE, NONE OF THE INTERNET BASED FUNCTIONS ARE WORKING.

4.AS DEFINED AS A DUAL PHONE, THE SECOND SIM CARD SLOT IS NOT WORKING AT ALL.

THIS IS A VERY SERIOUS MATTER AS WE PAID THE FULL VALUE OF OUR PRODUCT AND WE GOT A DEFECTIVE PIECE.

    Selling of cheap and defective products

    I bought the item titled, 'EPhone Ultra Slim Multimedia Mobile' priced at INR 4999.00 with INR 200.00 as shipping on October 10. I received the phone on October 15, but it was in a real horrible shape. To my surprise, it was a Chinese Mobile Phone not costing INR[protected] in the market as MRP, whereas they had mentioned the MRP to be INR 14995. I contacted them today on October 16, and they refused all they said.

    i am to inform you with great concern that i have booked a Booking of TCL DV 708 Handicam order no. 58603 on 27/09/2009 assuring that the same will be deliver to me with in a week from date of order but unfortunately till date i could not get the same.
    in this regard when i aspproached to know the correct position of delivery of productto mrs,/miss Archanaa of your enquiry counter she asked me to wait & she will inform me with in 2 hrs. but till today i could not get any reply from her i again contacted to miss/mrs shalini for the same enquiry she also replied me in the same manner yesterday & day before yesterday

      i have send a cheque in fevour of NAPTOL online shoping for spy pen gadget . they have as per my State bank of india gujarat rajula branch a/c statements the cheque is cleared by them in last week of aug'09 my order Number was 39631. after some day i have contact over there costumer care Number[protected] many times, but no one has given me satisfactory answer.i have given them a notice by register AD.i have received acknowledgement of the notice receipt by naptol. my last complaint number is 268. but still im not getting any product from naptol. i have many try to naptol support team they only assuring me that u will get your product within 5 working days. but still (after 50 days) my product is awaited.. i am hope full for ur kind support.

      My order no is 47452. I am supposed to get TCL bluetooth free with my mobile. From last 1 month I am calling customer care of naptol, they are replying that in 7 to 10 working days I will be getting my bluetooth device. Again when I call after 7 to 10 working days. They say complaint is under processing, You will receive in 7 to 10 working days.

      For how many times I have to hear this message from your customer care. Are you going to give me that bluetooth device or not? Or do i need to go to consumer court to complaint regarding your service?

      I would kindly inform you that, I had purchased a spypen (8 GB) plus pen drive plus voice recorder from your company as on 01/10/2009 having order no. 61357 with the price of rs. 1690/-. After using it it was found that, it had some problems while any recordings so, I send it back to your company as you suggested after my complain on 25/01/2010 by the blue dart courier service with document no. [protected] and after sending back the products it was informed to me that the products will be replaced with the new one and soon be sent with in one week. But I am not getting any response from the company.

      Kindly look into my problems and solve it as soon as possible.

From last Every 12 week i am calling customer care of naptol, they are replying that in 7 to 10 working days I will be getting my mobile E-PRO_71. Again when I call after 7 to 10 working days.         I have submit my order on[protected] of EPhone my order no. 39425, i have used 2 days and incoming and outgoing not received, memory slot not working, data cable not working, no user manual, no warranty card, then call to naaptol and reserve pickup and but now till time i have not received fresh product pass of 2 months. i have pay already Rs. 5000/- to naaptol.com.

          I purchased a product mp9 recorder from naaptol.com.
          when I opened product it was compeletely damaged and of no use.
          I am calling them from last one and half month for either replace or refund but no responce.

          Naaptol seems to be more of a fraud. I had placed two orders with them in last week of August 09 which are yet to be delivered. One was against credit card and one on COD. The customer service people are not able to give a satisfactory answer. First I was asked to send my credit card statement so that they cud verify that I have made the payment. Are they living in the stone age !!!.

          I an a regular on ebay and products are delivered between 1-7 days and whenever I hv not recevd the goods the money was refunded in 15 days, theirs is a self monitored system.

          I purchased the MP9 Digital Pocket Video Recorder, for my professional use. I was enjoying its use untill it fell down from my top pocket, in the office. The on/off button spring slacks, and cannot switch off. Records contineously untill battery discharges. How can one open and fix the on/off button spring?

            I ordered to Naaptol a spypen 8GB (ORDER No.42982) which they offered for Rs.1690/- they gave me option to pay at the time of delivery. The courier man got the money and delivered on 11/09/2009. After that I opened to see the product, it worked not even for an hour. It went off. No life in that. Complained on the same day. When complained through email no response or even acknowledgment. When contacted on 14/09/09 through phone, all are speaking Hindi, when requested to speak in English, one lady attended and asked the order number and promised to send with in 10 working days. Today I contacted them again and asked about it, they say the same version 'it will take 10 working days'. This time, they added that they would ask the courier to collect back the device from me and then they would replace new after 10 working days. I strongly doubt their genuineness. They seem to be playing fraud on me. May be on many more.

            Till date the Naaptol did not mind about the complaint, I made. They are regularly sending me emails for their promotion with attractive offers.
            There are lots of online companies fooling the innocent persons by supplying fake products, which they might have taken in auction as scrap.
            Public must check it before purchasing(that may not be possible, because they get money in advance) or at least avoid such companies. Don't be carried of the attractive online offers. Study about the online marketing company's status in the consumer forums.

              I had ordered for a spy camera pen as I was looking for it reason being I work with management services group as we have to do auditing for presentation but to my surprise when I opened the packet pen was not in working state ie when it is switched on it does not switch off with pressing of button. Yellow light does not goes off even being charged for 2-3 hrs. I request to do something about it. I understand button on top is very delicate and I know the sensitiveness of that button.                 I have been delivered today mp9 digital pocket vedio recorder 4 gb as order no 42755 through blue dart.
                The instrument worked at the first instance. The pocket book instruction ask us to format before use.
                Therefore i tried to format. After that the yellow light keeps on burning and the usb is not detecting. I think
                The camera is defective. Kindly please arrange to give me a working one. Or tell me what i should do for

                  I have purchased ephone from naaptol, mumbai dt.[protected] my order no.39425 but recently indian govt. Ban to china mobiles and duplicate imei no. Then i have found my hand set duplicate imei no. And reject my calls from my handset. I have already pay rs. 5000/- to naaptol. Naaptol give 6 (Six) months warranty. Naaptol cheat me.

                  I was purshase an e phone on 22-10-09 from naaptol (my purchase code no is 75902), navi mumbai and this phone has been received by the blue dart corrier (No [protected]) and paid Rs. 5200/- in favor of naaptol .
                  But this product is very faulty. this is not switch on before the 4 days and this IMEI no is duplicate. I want to contect with costomer center of naaptol but by the costomer serive of the naaptol is not good. they are not want solution of my phone. Naaptol cheat me.

But when i asked them if i can see the gadget before buying it, they clearly refused me about that and also when i asked about the complaints from previous customers, they said that there were no complaints regarding the phone.

                    · I made payment from my debit card a Rs.22700 on their account for a item to purchases and next day payment cleared by my card provider after telephonic clearance cleared the payment but after one week my order option have not come to payment receive. It is still under process, neither I can send mail to them because mail delivery fails on their mail address, phone numbers which is on website is on voice mail where no body to answer now I have no option left other then go to police.

                    Totally agree with him; even myself bought mobile phone in dec 1st week (from bhopal) and paid the amount in cash to the courier and to my utter surprsie found that the mobile phone after opeing the parcel was used one with lot scratches on it.
                    This was communitcated to naaptol immediately and the product was returned very next day to the addressalso paid for the courier from my pocket and asked replacement with new one. As of Today 1 Feb.10 the naaptol (2 months ) has not sent new mobile as replacement for the ordered nor can contact i.e send mail to them because mail delivery fails on their mail address, phone numbers which is on website is on voice mail where no body to answer or responder gives excuse time and again . mattter now left nowhere but to go consumer court for the deficient services and agony had !
