Dear sir, I have two gmail ids so i have registered this email msanthoshkumaragmail.com with a company Giz web technologies(website www.licdatasoft.com) for form filling job($10 or Rs. 481.11) on 18/05/2011 through www.plimus.com using my debit card. But from plimus.com i received an email ur order is declined for Inconsistent contact / billing information month,

I sent a lot of request emails to them but they they sent every replied emails to this (

We have located your order in our system and unfortunately it has been declined. There are a variety of possibilities as to the reason for this due to our security and anti fraud detection system which errors on the side of caution to protect all parties involved.

This is a temporary pending transaction which will drop off within a few business days when your financial institution realizes we have not "captured" that authorization.

Because we were unable to process your order and it was declined your card will not be charged.

We suggest that you check back with your bank or credit card company in a few days to verify the transaction is no longer pending. The exact amount of time this takes is dependent upon the financial institution and can be up to five business days.

I would like a refund of 79.00 for something I never got. They told my I had to go to www. plimus.com/support which I can not find andy where. They caceled what ever it was but I still woould like a refund. In my email I never was told of any $79.00 charge to my account after 10 days and I print out everything I do> I can not find this anywhere. Somebody please help point me in the right direction. I canceled everything today that is why I am not there
