I am Aditya Prakash Shah. I had registered myself at www.ticketgenie.in. I had registered on it with my mobile number is [protected] and email-id [protected]@gmail.com. I booked 3 ipl tickets each of 3000rs. a total of 9060 rs which includes the courier charges. I had booked it on 10/3/10, for the mumbai indians and bangalore royal challengers match which is going to be played on 20/3/10. The ticket nos. alloted to me were 48066,48067 and 48068. and the transaction id was 174851. On the website it showed me that I was alloted the tickets but later on a I got a mail that it was a failed transaction, but the money got debited from my debit card. I stil havent got the refund. I tried calling on their helpline number given on their website but it would not connect. None of their numbers were working. I also sent them 2 e-mails regarding my complaint but they did not reply to it. I still havent got my refund of Rs. 9060.
