Hi,

I ordered one AD-61 cable on 1-Aug-2011 for which i received the update regarding shipping if the same on 4-Aug-2011 the tracking details are as follows

but still i did not received the product.Please file case for refund as the dealer did not respond to my previous emails.feeling like i've been cheated.I even contacted ioffer for the same but the response received was not good.

Please contact the seller by email and post a message on the transaction summary page to request a tracking number or a refund. Sellers are responsible for issuing refunds and resolving issues. iOffer provides sellers stores, we do not handle sales of items, receive payments or ship items.

To file an iOffer Buyer Dispute click the link on the left on the item detail page. It is available 7 days after the transaction date and until 60 days have passed.

When sending items back make sure to get insurance, tracking and signature required so you can monitor the status of your package. Post arrangements for returns on the listing and make sure the seller agrees in writing prior to shipping an item back.
