[Resolved]  Xavient Information Systems — Deliberate transfer of funds to my existing Credit Card by HSBC

Hi,

I'm holder of My Citibank Credit Card. The credit card number is :

I've blocked two Credit Cards of HSBC. Mentioned below are their credit card numbers:

[protected]

The HSBC provided a cheque that can be credited to my CITIBANK Credit Card (number mentioned above).

I've submitted this cheque to HSBC branch for cancellation along with two credit card cancellation request on 5th August 2008.

The HSBC bank has intentionally credited that cheque(cheque number: 342407) (worth Rs. 25000) to my Citibank Credit Card A/c (21/Aug/2008) even after my request for cancelling the same(cheque).

How can HSBC deliberately transfer money to my another credit card account even after my cancellation request?
