I have left the job with my employers and submitted withdrawal of Provident Fund (Ref.HR/GGN/25202) to my abovenoted employers, who have submitted the necessary form to the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, O/o the Regional Provident Fund Commisioner, Regional Provident Office, Plot No.43. Sector 44, Gurgaon Haryana, which was acknowledged by them on 14th Sept.2009. Since two months have gone, I have not received the withdrawal amount sofar. My PF No. is 295. I therefore, request your goodselves to please bestow your kind attention in the matter as I am in dire need of funds and I have not been able to even purchase of my bread & butter.
