Dear sir ,
I have applied for new indane gas connection on 10 april 2011 since then there is extreme delay in providing a connection to me . I have tried to so many times to call them but there were no response . I had gone to their office number of time but each time they are not giving me satisfied answer .
Please provide me a solution for this or do some corrective action against this

Yadu indane gas agency — 3 kg les gas
I am customer of Indane gas tough its authorized Indane Gas agecy, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad,(U.P.) via our consumer number-12101.I have found 3kg gas in refill cylinder through booking no.[protected] dated[protected] that is delivered on[protected] at 2.30PM.At the delivery time delivery man had not any balance to check weight of refill cylinder.When I confirm its weight at evening by electronic balance of a ata chakki shop, I found 3kg less gas.You are requested to direct agency and to change & check refill cylinder immediate.I have already complained through sms on agency's complaint numbers because agency is closed today(Monday).You confirm me on my mobile soon.
