[Resolved]  Yadu Indane Gas Seva, Sahibabad Indl. Area, Ghaziabad — Gas booking Nos are always busy

Dear Sir/ Madam,

My customer No. is 19503 and address is Shalimar Garden, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad.

Following problems at Yadu Indane gas Seva

1) Gas booking Numbers are always busy, even after continusly redial for more then 4~5 hours daily we could not get the line.
No. are[protected],32, 34, 35, 36 & 2895768.

2) No confirmation of booking from SMS booking facelities.

3) No responce on complaint No. given in the slip.
No. are [protected], [protected],[protected], [protected], [protected].

Problem we faced this time is

After trying all gas booking No. for the full day on 3rd-Oct-2009, We dose booking by SMS fecility on 4th-Oct-2009 meanwhile we also tried the gasbooking No. continusly, but these No. are always busy. We didnot get any confirmation of the booking.

When we didn't get the gas even after 5 days we tried to contact again on the booking No. but as usual these No. are busy all time that we tried the complaint No. the second last No. was picked up by there representative and assured that they will deliver the gas by today or tomorrow, but the next day never comes.

After that day we are continusly following up with them they assured us the same that they will deliver it by today or tommorow. Today I talked with one Mr. Akhilesh on the last complaint No. and explained him the situation that even after 10 days we didn't get the refill, he assured me again that they will deliver the gas-Refill by today itself.

Since this delivery gets delay by more then 10 days, we will again face the problem as they do not accept the next booking before 21 days of booking. Ours is a big family leveing two brothers familf anf parents. please let us know how to proceed.
