With due respect, My email passord has been changed and I forgot my second security question (ID made over 3 years ago). I can prove my identity by email accounts and other personal information. Has important data for company. Please help me in possible measures to recover the ID. I have a secondary ID which has also been hacked. For one whole month I cannot access mu e-mail. I have followed yahoo's instructions, answered all the necessary secret questions and still cannot get in even when I have been identified. What do I do? I can access my email from another computer but not from mine. Was I hacked? I'm not getting what i need from u. It seems like a sick game right about now.
