Yahoo — e mail id locked

While changing the password, my email id got locked and when i tried to revok it got locked.On top of that one secret password i forgot (may be spelling error )I was using this particular id for years and i want it back please.

My yahoo mail is not functioning

SUB:MY ID AND PASSWORD IS LOCKED.
THE ABOVE SUBJECT MY ID AND PASSWORD IS LOCKED MY ID IS [protected]@yahoo.com in this id i got call letter from bank i unable to get that letter so please kindly confirm my id soon as possible sir i need that letter on 3-8-2010 i want to submit letter

My yahoo ID [protected]@yahoo.com is locked from 7th August, 2010. I was advised by yahoo customer care that within 24 hours they will sortout the matter.. but no action has been taken on this so far. I am expecting very important mails on my id and all my contacts are in my yahoo which is around 8 years old..

I feel that this is the handwork of yahoo India, since, i got my mail opened by my close friend in Europe to check the arrival of my Visa.

Request help.
