[Resolved]  Yamuna Expressway Authority — residential plot scheme

Subject:MISTAKE of Form No.18075 and Form No.25909

Dear Sir / Madam,

I had applied for 300sq.mts. plot in YEIDA "Residential Plot Scheme 2009(1)",
Form No.18075,
Scheme Code:2009(1),
Payment Plan(1).

1. On internet when I check the drawresult using my Form No.18075 then it shows me successful, however my father's name shown is Sh. Fateh Singh which is wrong.

2. My father's name & my name matches against a application no.25909 with payment plan(2).

3. Now there received a letter YEA/2009(1)/12276 dt.23.11.2009. Sent of my residence address:H-462A, 1st Floor, New Rajinder Nagar, New Delhi-110060 but this shows the application number as 25909 which is not mine and also payment plan is (2).

4. My application no. is 18075 but in this father's name is wrong. My opted payment plan was (1).

5. Please let me know how this error will be corrected and whom to approach as payment date is nearing.

I have heard that Allahabad Highcourt has given stay order against case registered by farmers and ordered not to develop the area around taj expressway.what will be future of residential scheme?

In the view of highcourt stay order what authority will do & what we should do for further payment and what will happen to our registration money?

The telephone number as printed on the prospectus and the internet site is not answering at all from I dont know how long ... as I have beeen trying for almost a month now. Their anwering maching is always OVERLOADED...

Please revert on the possible actions for this query !!! I cant visit the place as I am outside Delhi/NCR...
