Actually they request to get the ticket in AJtravels.com, because they guys are intermediate providers. They bus will stop @ chromepet.. But when try to board on 22-May-11, the bus didn't stop at chromepet. When we try to call the yasmin travel guy, he is not picking the call. nearly 30 miss call given.
When we tried to check with them in next morning.. the concern staff of Yasmin travels doesn't respond properly.. he says np will get ticket on next day.. again we tried to chk with AJtravels.com (customer support) they yasmin travels didn't inform them anything..
This way this provider works up........... no guarnette for the passenger what they get ticket.... Even AJtravels customer support told here after don't get ticket from yasmin , as we r getting many complaints...
so, direclty try to get the ticket from ajtravels.com itself.... Yasmin travel gave the money after long discussion.. But this is really not fair on their part to enhance on the customer point of view..
