I had asked for quotations for chardham Yatra, Online, started from 13.06.2019 from delhi by Yatra.com on 05.06.2021.
1.The company has sent email on my gmail account as [protected]@gmail.com, quoting package Rs. around 27000/. I agree for that and ask for payment link but it has mentioned Rs 40032/. for package.
2. Than I agreed for payment of Rs.40032/ & requested for payment link but it again modified to Rs. 49000/
3. Now I was feeling that company was forfeiting, mischievous and intentional hiding facts for monetary gains by befooling me.
4. Than I was again agreed for payments of Rs. 40032/ and request for sending payment link but amazingly this link was for payment Rs. 49500.
5. From 05.06.2019 to 08.06.2019, I was discussed this matter on phone of customer care of yatra.com continuously for hours but no satisfactory answers has been giving by company call centre.
6. As, I am patient of bipolar disorder and Repetitive obsessive disorder, hypertension, diabetes, High BP etc. so, you can imagine the degree of cruelty and harassment to a person who is suffererings by bp what effects his mental state from low to hight.
7. Yatra has started from delhi on 13.06.2019, but I have given a small space on seat in between luggages. I request to driver to sift luggage on carrier but he denied. I again call to custemer care, they whould see it but no arrangement was made ny company to me.
8. The driver was directly drived the car to rishikesh but itinerary provided to mention me clearly first & last day of package ii.e. 1 night stay at haridwar and are the charging rs. 9500/ but first day they are again & again cheating, bluffing indian citizen.
9. I have sent my problems grievances to company orally & by email.
10. My requirements was-
1. Change my innova vehicle to new group. Or
2. Change driver or
3. I do not want to go further without redressal of my grievances. I did not never say for cancellations with any grievance’. The company 's grievance, redressal & compliances system is the worst in my life. The company has lost potent customers due to inefficient, non- communicated, not well versed in knowledge yatra company products & communication
4. So lastly do all then otherwise refund my fares etc
11. And Company's call centre persons was totally rude, inhuman, irritating, hypertensive, cheater, bluffer, hiding the facts by asking, so many irrelevant, teasing, questions
12. Driver of vehicle totally denied in front of policemen of police station on 12.06.2019, to travel with me. Than I was retaliated for yatra employee.
13. The other yatri was 3 of a single family with one old lady.I has insisted to driver to shift the luggage to carrier but he again he has denied, I asked him that didn't excite me & use of abusive languages in front old lady. All yatri were well sitting including driver. But I are guffed in between luggage. Pictures are already sent.
14. So at rishikesh, on 14.6.19, driver with 3 other yatri left me in front of policeman in hotel, as fixed by yatra.com. Now I was hanged in-between indore and chardham.
15. T company Yatra.com refund the money ie. transferred money to my account except fare of vehicle from delhi to rishikesh & 1 night stay at Kaveri hotel at rishikesh.I am totally disillusioned, with feeling of cheating by company, suppressions, dereliction of duties, blatantly intentionally swallowed my money of hard labour.

So this is totally denial my consumer rights, violation of IPC, CrPC for cheating, giving misinformation for economic gains, mental harassment, cruelty to a patient, Unilateral decision without any reason, given orally or written, to me regarding the reason for cancellations so this is Audacious acts of violations of Human Fundamental Rights & Citizen Charter.
17. So I request you, plz. refund, transferred amount minus above mentioned two deductions to debit card of my self that is used for transsering money to yatra.com.Aftrer non-admission by Yatra.com company and and electronic commications between both representatitves and with others proofs and, that are against you, forcing my selfseft to go consumer’s court, Civil, and ciminal court for securing fundamental rights and in establishments
