We had booked Kashmir package from Yatra.Com for 3 adults & 8N-9D MAP plan basis. We had been in contact vide mails and telecon with Yatra.Com representative (Mr.Bhawar Singh Rathore), who is located at Gurgaon office, regarding our tour details and also the payments. As per the itinerary provided to us and also the holiday voucher, we were supposed to have either a 3-bedded room at each of the hotels or an extra bed provision for the 3rd adult. It was to our greatest disappointment to see that, on reaching, we were only offered a bedding at Hotel Poshwan (Gulmarg) and Hotel Pamposh (Srinagar) & a "Khatiya" at Hotel Highlands (Pahalgaom). We had been in touch personally with Mr.Bhawar (Yatra.Com) and Honeygold retreats pvt ltd (Yatra.com approved local tour operator at Srinagar) but each time we were suggested to either take the bedding and sleep on the floor or to adjust on the double bed itself. Also we were provided vegetarian food at Canberra Houseboat at Srinagar and very limited non-veg food at Pahalgaom and Gulmarg respectively though our preferences were specifically conveyed to Mr.Bhawar beforehand itself. This has been a show o[censored]tter negligence by Yatra.Com though it boasts of being such a reputed travel operator in India. We, therefore, seek an apology with a justified compensation for all the harassment we underwent in this holiday package. Was this information helpful? |
