Yatra.com — poor service , incompetent agents

There are 3 tickets from BLR-DEL-KATHMANDU-DEL-BLR. This was re-scheduled on 7th dec . It costed us 10,600 INR as rescheduling charges. The agent did not suggest cancellation and re-booking. I checked this option later and found that if I had cancelled and rebooked , I could have saved about 4000 INR ,I have registered a complaint with yatra Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
