[Resolved]  Yatra — NON CONFIRMATION OF TICKETS

WE HAD TRIED TO BOOK TWICE THROUGH YATRA.THE FIRST TIME WE WERE DEBITED FOR RS 12788/ AND OUR TICKETS WERE NOT CONFIRMED.WE CALLED AND INFORMED YATRA AND THEY TOLD US THAT THE FIRST AMOUNT WILL BE REFUNDED AND TO BOOK AGAIN.WE WERE DEBITED AND THE SAME AMOUNT WAS DEBITED BUT THE TICKETS WERE NOT CONFIRMED AGAIN.WE ARE NOW CONTINUOUSLY BUT TO NO AVAIL.THEY PROMISED US THAT ONE AMOUNT WILL BE REFUNDED AND THE OTHER WILL BE ADJUSTED TOWARDS ARE BOOKING BUT NOW WE ARE GETTIING NO REPONSE.
