I traveled to Andaman with Yatra recently and would strongly condemn it especially for all female travelers. Not only did they make false promise to provide me free airport lounge pass one way also flipped the entire itinerary on the last day.
Thats that, what made the situation worsen was the tour guide. As single female traveler, I am very aware and conscious of how and where I travel and that was a reason I chose to travel in a group to Andaman. Guide/agent named VK Vinay Kumar not only behaved inappropriately and insisted for me to go on a ride with him but also blackmailed saying he has the boarding passes for my return flight and would not give those to me if I didn't agree. I kept mum and just wanted to be back home, I complaint to my sales agent and all I got to hear was, you can leave your comment on our website. On asking for his managers contact info, I was told to drop an email.
It's was my first time travel with Yatra group and what a sheer disappointment it was, India is far from developed for female travelers and companies like Yatra simply dupe people to make sales and cheat them with their sheer unprofessional attitude after package is sold.

Yatra — Free Ticket Not Issued
Hi,I have booked my Flight ticket using yatra on 24th january. They had offer that they will give free ticket with it. According to their terms and conditions I should get voucher code with in 48 hours but its already 6 days and I have not received it. I am calling their customer care since friday but everytime they say with in 24 hours I will get Voucher Code. I always face problem with Yatra.
