If that is seriously true even I will sue let it any of the travel company.
Its good that Yatra took initiative to inquire further in this matter but this will only be appreciated if traveler can write here, how did yatra responded to this. What did they offered as a compensation or was the traveler happy with compensation if given.

PACKAGE TOUR BOOKING — NON REFUND OF BOOKING AMOUNT TAKEN
I booked a package tour BANGALORE-TIRUPATHI-BANGALORE for travel on 19th December,2010. I booked on line through [protected]@yatra.com. During the process of booking, after filling up all details, and making my payment through my credit card, the transaction abruptly stopped and there was no confirmation of booking from Yatra Team. However full charges of the travel was drawn from my credit card account.(Rs.3920/-) I have been making correspondance since the date of booking ie:[protected]. Till date I have not received my refund amount. Every mail yatra team replies your refund is under process and you will get within 4-5 working days.Please advice me legal option opened to me for taking up the matter.
