I ordered Skull Candy headphones order # MAG2010822 on 13/07/2012 priced at 1223 from Yebhi.com. I applied promo code supplied by yebhi i.e. 300 off on 1000 and above. So it priced me for Rs 923.
I paid total amount 500 as Gift Vouchers and Rs 423 from my debit card.
On Saturday i.e 14/07/2012, a company member # [protected] called and asked me if he could deliver me the product on Saturday. I replied that I had Sat-Sun off so not present in office. So he told me that he would deliver it on Monday.
On Monday, the product is not delivered till evening and the status of the website is "Bag assigned to Anil". I decided to call the customer Care. They told me that the order is refused by you only. I was completely shocked. As there was no phone call or any type of intimation from yebhi.com about the delivery of the product.
When I told them that I din't recieve any call and I din't say no to the product, customer care told me to ensure the delivery on priority.
But there is no delivery till date and when I again called the customer care, they told me that nothing can happen now and you have to make a fresh order of the product ( which is out of stock now).
Please look into the issue as I have ordered the headphones on behalf of my Manager at office who yelled at me and who actually dont believe in online shopping. These mistakes by yebhi.com are actually making customers hate the online shopping.
