i have ordered a pair of shirts with yepme on 28th of july and there was an online payment for the same.However the website has updated it as cash on delivery .so i called up the customer care and i asked them about it.The customer care said it is a technically error and it will resolved the same day and the good will be delievered to me asap.I was waiting for the goods and i did not received it till the 1st of August also highlighting them that the mode of payment is not corrected still. However they gave me the same answer and i was convinced by them that i will receive the good in a day or two.The courier guy came with the goods after 4 days (5th aug) moving the tat for delivery to be more than 10 days(promised to be 5 to 6 days) and he asked for money if not given he will take back the shirts.I returned the shirts and i cancelled the order .Called the customer care and told them that i have cancelled the order due to poor service.They said the money will be credited back withing 48 hours.But is is more than 100 hours now and i have not got my money back.
