This is Geethalakshmi from Chennai, sir/mam i done an online shop from yepme.com. I ordered for two pair of sandals as they had a offer for 499/- RS. I paid online as there was an caption saying pay online and get 20 rs savings on ur amount for delivery. Totally i paid Rs 557/-. I waited for nearly 3 weeks. whenever i checked my order status , it was waiting for Dispatch. Hence i called customer care. They said to wait for 24hrs and ur order will get dispatched. But still one week time there is no response from them. Again i called customer care and waited in line for more than 45 min. And finally a person in customer care said like there is no stock avaiable on your size ordered. But in Website it was displaying as Delivered to Quanitinum Logistics and pending for dispatch. They are me to wait till the stock is available. I dont want to continue this dialogues as knowing that this cheating. Hence i requested them to cancel my request. Again they hold my line for 30 min. I asked them to call me back after canceling my request but they said like its againt their policy. And finally they asked me to send a seperate mail to [protected]@yepme.com. What they have done this 1 hr 30 min i donot understand. I got fed up of this services. What that customer care person did all these time and why i need to send a mail for refunding. And i sent a main for refunding more than 10 times..but i haven't got any reply from them. Amount i need to get refund is Rs 557/-.
