[Resolved]  Yes Bank Ltd — Provident fund withdrawal

Dear Sir/ Mam,

This is Manish Panjwani. I was working with Yes Bank Ltd n I have submitted my provident fund withdrawl form on 5th of Aug'09, still i am unable to track the status of my provident fund. My Employee no. of yes bank is 8463 & my provident fund no. is MH/47249/7965.
Request you to look into this & pls assist me to get my provident fund ASAP.

Yes Bank Ltd — Cheque Book delivered to the wrong person

This is really serious. My cheque books have been delivered to the wrong person. If not resolved this can create a number of problems. The POD nos. for both the consignments are [protected] and [protected]. Please find the status and revert ASAP.

Dear Sir/Mam,

This is with reference to my complaint dated 26/11/09 against yes bank ltd for PF withdrawl.
Request you to pls remove the complaint i have got the details from them regarding my PF.
So once again request you to pls remove the same.
