SUB: Warranty problem of assembled desktop computer
Dear Sir,
I am an MBA student from Bundelkhand University Jhansi. I have purchased an assembled desktop computer (Invoice/Cash Memo No.-1394) dated 29th January 2011 from "ZeeTech Computers” (Shop No.-11, sunder market, Elite chauraha, Jhansi (U.P.) on the one year warranty.
Since the date of purchasing I had a problem with Mother board of computer, many time I have carried PC to the seller but not satisfied as seller contended instead repairing and I have been totally denied by the seller for any king of the service and demanded for money as service charge, I give argue that I am in warranty period but He did not listing to me and tell me that “If I give service free of cost than how will I be survived”
I have been facing a lot of problem with my PC as it not properly work; I have to going to the other place/computer to do my work, I have been missed my essential DATA due to problem ect.
I have been informed seller by oral communication at 1st March 2011 that I would be filed complaint against him if he does not solve my problem but he did not listen to me and give me ignore response of my ultimatum.
I gave a time limit of 15 days for settle my grievance for refund full amount with 18% interest or replacement of the product along with suitable compensation; else I will file a complaint with the Consumer Court as I am protected under the Consumer Protection Act of 1986.
Yours truly
