Zirakpur Traffic Police has issued me challan No. 0754, Book No. 004 dated[protected] wrongly and that is without any offence at Under Bridge (Kalka Road) Crossing near the Down Town Mall.
When all the papers of my Motorcycle found in order and no offence was made out, Traffic police Zirakpur has prepared my challan for MISBEHAVIOR which is anyhow not committed by me. This happen because I have not offerred any bribe on the spot.
I was not allowed to write my brief comments and When I tried to do so the challan book was snatched from me and it was recorded on the Challan Book that I refused to sign the Challan.
The name of the Challaning Officer is not legible. However his designation is Head Constable (Belt No. 534).
This is my first challan during my driving of 14 years in Chandigarh & that is too for the offence which I have never committed. Anybody cannot do MISBEHAVIOR with traffic police without any reason and there was no reason mentioned in Challan for which I have done MISBEHAVIOR. Rather it was the other way round. The Policeman on duty was adamant and tried to humiliate me and my wife.
