[Resolved]  Zyoin Web Pvt.ltd Prime;s — Zyoin Web Pvt.Ltd′s Employee Harassment

I made the mistake of joining this company. I trusted the words of the really friendly HR person and he did a FANTASTIC job of making me believe every word he said. Actually the interview was good and they put me directly through to the JOB. So obviously I was excited and after negotiating my salary, jumped right out of the frying pan that I was already in, into this altar of fire.

I did not expect much in terms of facility or work environment, but it sure was dirty. I did not pay much heed to it though, because I soon realized that the client was running the showBut this story which I witnessed made me think long and hard about continuing with them. A guy from another team wanted to quit mostly because of the same reasons that I was contemplating on. And I saw what happened to him, which totally made me hate this company.


When this story hit our friends circle, we gathered more information and to our biggest surprise found that MANY others have gone through this torture. While some have taken their chances and eloped, a few decided to put up with this and stay a bit longer just to ensure their service track is intact. Further, we came to know that those who left despite these threats

I would like to maintain anonymity for reasons needless to be mentioned.

By the way this guy is Israel Goldie, who used to work to Yodlee earlier...who got fired from zyoin for unethical behvaviour and is now trying to put post here and there to misguide people...There are atleast 10 people who are working with zyoin for more than 2 years and none of these people are relatives of zyoin owners.

Any one looking to hire this person, please think twice!!

I totally disagree with above guy, who so ever he is, I have been working for zyoin for long enough now, they provide good incentives, amazingly flexible work culture, neat place and decent infrastructure to work for.

I had worked with Zyoin in past and I feel this is the company which is only interested in making money for owners... they let us work like donkeys and when recession they fired us all without paying a bit. I feel this is company of blood suckers. The director himself had police complain against him when he stole resumes and data from another reputated recruitment firm. What more you can trust from such a company who have such people at top.

Zyoin is one best places to work, and I am really surprised to see such a complaint, as zyoin provides an amazing work culture and has minimum attrition, also has lot of people who have been there with the company for quiet sometime.

People in Zyoin have got great growth with good incentives.

This is an absolute crap commented by a person who has no sense as well as no professional etiquettes. Its very surprizing to hear such charges about Zyoin which are definitely not true. As an employee working for the past 4 yrs, I have experienced a deligtful work environment, where every employee job satisfaction is of top mandatory. Still if the person who has claimed such baseless charges can contact the HR of Zyoin.

Zyoin is one of the best places to work with. I have been working in Zyoin for a long while & is amazed by the work ambience. Every employee is considered as an asset at Zyoin. One best thing about Zyoin is the positive environment & the work culture.

The above remark about Zyoin is only to tarnish the company's image and disturb the positive work ambience of Zyoin. This is indeed very surprizing to hear such false allegations levelled against Zyoin. Being an employee of Zyoin for the past 2 years I have never faced any problems. It is the best place to work with.

I got the opportunity to work with Zyoin a couple of months back. Before coming to Zyoin I had about 6 months of experience in a different firm. Zyoin has proved to be far more superior in terms of employee satisfaction, work environment, professionalism, employee engagement, compensation & benefits. I am still working with Zyoin & as an internal employee, I know more about my company than anybody else who is not working with Zyoin and charging false, baseless comments just to create a wrong image about the company.

I have been with zyoin for sometime now -finishing my first year & was surprised to find such nasty comments . I love the company and the positive work environment . Its like working in one big family with great support system . Shouldn't there be a way to stop an individual from tarnishing the image of enterprise built with hard work by dozens of employees - so easily ? keep up the good work zyoin, I love being here !!

Hi Guys, i had a very bad worst experience of my life, i joined this company as a fresher and the torture began. The managers think they are gods and treat recruiters like slaves...please don't ever join this company and spoil your career i left this company within a month of my joining.
People here do not have feelings and lack humanity. The HR is misguiding people.people who just want money and are ready to kill themselves can join this company.
