I had recently placed an order with compuindia.com for a dell pc priced at rs. 46.590/-. I called their customer support regarding the product specification before placing the order. One mr. Kevin cherian talked with me regarding the same and told me to place the order through the link that he will provide in my email. I placed an order for the same through compuindia.com website for the said item and made the transaction through net banking. My account got debited for rs. 46, 590/- but i didn't received any payment confirmation from them and the status of my order stands canceled till date with them and the amount has not yet been returned to my account. Initially mr. Kevin was very helpful but after a couple of days their is no communication from compuindia, or dell, though i have registered my complaint with both the parties.

The amount of rs, 46, 590/- has been debited from my bank account but the order status stands canceled as per compuindia.
