[Resolved]  Burning Glass Technologies — NO PROPER SALARY AND REGULAR INCREMENT

1.No proper salary with respect to the job they provide.
2.No increment ever since i joined this company(date of Joining : jan 2011).
3.Expect more than the fixed target and we work for 10 hours a day.
4.the turn over of the company is just flowing than expected,but still we are being treated as 3rd rated employees.
Finally i suggest for all new freshers to not to jump into this dump well..Once you enter you have no other way to develop your career rather than get stuck with this worthless company..

yes he is correct i have more than 1yr experience with this company but no increment...But Nice to work Full of freedom at Quality Control Side krisna and gopi both are nice peoples
