I was selected there as software engineer also taken my whole document .....with saying 1 yrs of bond.....I joined that company but they not gave me any proof of my document and also not offer letter from company .....when asked they told u r under training give after month...after one month I asked..they told that your performance in not very good u have to work one month again as training without salary..
Cipher Tech is totally fraud company.I had join this.after one month when i did not get my salary then i reigned.i have seen that office really bakwaas. owner of this company Mr.Dhandya is fraud man. he used to behave like this he is not paying salary to his employee. no office structure is there he is working from his home.

Could u please provide me with your mobile number so that we can talk.. My brother too got selected for the Cipher and he has to join on 1st June. A proper guidence from you will be appreciated.
He has got the offer letter and a probation period of 2 months.
i have some doubts..
1. is anyone else other than you has joined Cipher along with you, if YES what is their status now.
2. Did you get offer letter before joining the same.
3. For what domain and language you got selected.
