[Resolved]  Estuate Software Pvt. Ltd. — Fraud Company

This is a fraud company that will take you off career. Estuate is one of the worst company to work for. These people have spoilt my career, by committing that I will get a lucrative career here. They have dumped me here in Gujarat - possibly the only project that they have got. The person who has got this project has moved on. This project will also go away from Estuate. The main culprits are:

Fraud 1 - Seemakiran Upadhya - She will commit everything on face during interview, with her pig-like smile and will not keep the commitment. She calls herself MD - not fit for anything. The team is leaving and she has no work than to send emails on some new building that she is constructing

Fraud 2 - Deepa Narayanswamy - She calls herself HR Manager. She only cheats people. She gives wrong commitments to get her numbers done and to show the US Management about it. She is courteous only during offer. Once her work is done, she is very blunt and never will take care of your needs. She is the only HR. All other HR people have left

We have been offered the worst rooms to stay here. They dont even pay our rickshaw fare from airport to my room - forget cab fare. They do not pay our per-diem. The accomodation provided is pathetic, with total mosquitos. The client we are going to is not at all happy with Estuate services. The management will look at every 10 paise spent and will cut down the cost. They will never care for employee benefits. They will not even care about the clients. Once when we had an issue here, no one from Estuate addressed it.

There is no proper system or quality check. The words of Seema is deemed to be final, which is very negative for employees. Not sure how the company is clearing the audits.

Though they say it is 250 employee company, there are not so many people.Hardly 50 people on board Even me and the team here is only on contract.
